Unsubscribe or cancel

Stop emails from us

If you gave us your email to hear about something (like our colouring pencil set), enter it here and we will remove it straight away.

Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you get stuck, email hi.powerwithinco@gmail.com with the word Unsubscribe.

Cancel your Plus subscription

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so you cancel there:

• Open the receipt email you got when you joined and tap Manage subscription, or
• go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders, enter the email you paid with, and follow the link they send you.

When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the time you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. The founding member option is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel.

Remove Plus from this phone

In the app, open Plus and tap Remove Plus from this device. This does not cancel your subscription. It only takes the key off this phone.

Clear your journal and settings

Your journal, voice notes and settings only live on your own phone, so we cannot delete them for you. To remove them, clear this website's data in your browser settings (look for "Website data", "Site settings" or "Clear browsing data"). Download any voice notes you want to keep first.
